All bookings are subject to availability and may be affected by weather conditions, operational requirements, or safety considerations.
3. Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation terms apply to all scheduled flights, bookings, and seat purchases:
a. Cancellations 48+ Hours Before Scheduled Flight
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled flight time may be rescheduled at no charge.
b. Cancellations 24–48 Hours Before Scheduled Flight
Cancellations made 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled flight time will be charged the deposit amount.
The deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future seat purchase.
c. Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before Scheduled Flight
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled flight will be charged 100% of the seat purchase(s).
d. No-Show Policy
Customers who do not show up for their scheduled flight will be charged the full seat purchase amount.
e. Late Arrivals
Late arrivals will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on aircraft availability.
If the flight cannot proceed due to previously scheduled flights, 100% of the total seat purchase(s) will be charged.
f. Gift Cards
All Gift Cards are non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property
All Website content—including text, images, videos, logos, and graphics—is owned by or licensed to Sky Helicopters.
You may not:

Reproduce or distribute Website content

Use Website content commercially without written permission

Remove intellectual property notices
5. Third-Party Services
