British Columbia’s West Coast offers a variety of weather conditions, each with its own unique beauty. If we cannot fly due to safety considerations, we will reschedule or cancel your flight at no cost to you.
Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled flight time will be offered an opportunity to reschedule the flight at no charge.
Cancellations made up to 24-48 prior to the scheduled flight time will be charged the deposit. We would be pleased to apply the deposit as a credit towards a future seat(s) purchase.
Cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to scheduled flight departure will be charged 100% of seat purchase(s).
Customers who do not show up for the scheduled flight will be charged the full seat purchase(s) cost.
Late arrivals will be addressed on a case-by-case basis depending on aircraft availability; however, there is a chance that the flight won’t be able to take place due to previously scheduled flights. In this case, 100% of total seat purchase(s) will be charged.
All passengers must occupy a seat with seatbelt on and wear provided Bose aviation headphones. Our minimum passenger is 2 years old.
For your comfort, we recommend close-toed footwear (especially for backcountry landings), light jacket, sunglasses, cap, sunblock, and of course, a camera for all the amazing views! For tours taking place in the winter and depart for the backcountry, we ask that you bring proper winter clothing and footwear; this includes winter jackets, gloves & toques and warm, waterproof footwear.
Experience gift certificates (ie, for a specific tour) are honoured for one (1) year from the date of purchase or date provided. If you purchased a monetary value card, there is no expiration date.
